Making more of new opportunities
Now is the time for young, enthusiastic and nimble companies to set up and thrive, writes Sir Richard Branson.
He goes on to describe the must haves in his own business –
You must ensure your business or idea has a place in the market and a product or service that is different enough to attract customers. At Virgin we stick to a simple checklist. Our businesses need to be innovative, maintain a certain quality, be value for money and have a sense of fun. We also focus on customer service – we like to be the customer’s champion, bringing simplicity and transparency to many businesses.
He finishes by stating, “a good entrepreneur looks for solutions, not excuses.”
It’s funny how closely Sir Richard’s comments follow Action’s Business Mastery level in the 6 Steps to growing a successful business.
