Successful businesses are put together in a certain way, no matter what sector they may be in, and the successful business owner is someone who has understood through experience, through training, or intuitively, how to do this.

Here is my definition of Business Coaching.

Business coaching delivers Achievement, Fulfilment and Enjoyment. This means that

Strategies, Goals and Plans are achieved, and Results delivered effectively and creatively.
The individual being coached Learns and Grows with increased self-belief, self-confidence, motivation and performance.
Internal external positive change engenders a Positive Attitude to business and to life.

To make this happen, there are 3 areas of business must work correctly together: Process, People and Profit ( PPP ). I work with the business owner to ensure these three areas are interrelated in just the right way to ensure the business generates increasing amounts of profit, supplying valuable products and services to its customers, ensuring sustainable growth in any economic climate.

I have both been trained and have years of experience in accelerating this process of creating the successful business. I expect to be able to double the turnover of a business in 2 years. Consider what impact that might have on your net profit.

I only offer to coach businesses that I believe can easily be grown to cover my fees multiple times.

The journey to success starts with a single bold decision. Here is your opportunity to take it.

My Target Market

was: businesses with a turnover in excess of £500,000 with 5 or more employees and within 3 miles of Fulham.
and is: anyone with the ambition, drive and plan to grow a business, and the funds to buy my services at some level.

The reason for the change is that my best client bought into coaching at business start-up, paying for me with his credit card, and is now doing over £200,000 per month, and is aiming to grow a £50,000,000 business!

Another Growth Club Success!

I am very please to say that our last 90 day planning event of 2012 turned out to be a great success. A joint effort with fellow Action Coach Tim Brown, we certainly aimed to inspire. Often it is hard to define how you can tell what ’success’ means but in this case, our client testimonials advocate this claim. It really makes all the hard work and preparation for this event seem worthwhile when people tell you how much they enjoyed the day and the amount they learned and gained from attending. As a business coach I always encourage my clients to plan plan plan! Christmas is especially a hectic enough time so why add to the stress by not planning for the new year already? Granted a lot of people are busy around the lead up to Christmas, but this shouldn’t stop you from committing yourself to one day of quarterly planning which is ultimately your guide to achieving your goals.
