Many non-profit organizations flounder because they lack direction, focus and resources. Typically, the founders are passionate about their cause but lose momentum. The skills that I bring to for profit businesses are valuable to the non-profit organizations. They may lack the funds to invest in a coaching program.

In 2010, I will select a charity for our Coaching for a Cause program. The selected charity will benefit from my coaching services which will be provided at no charge. The ideal charity is one that needs guidance to meet their goals for growth and service to the community. It should be established so that the action items and strategies that we select can be executed. My coaching role may include accountability, goal setting, focus, planning and more?!
